PoopTel Telephony Charter Company, Corp., also known as Island Bell, was chartered by the Poop Island Government on May 20, 2023, unifying telecommunications and broadcasting under one company.

We are an independent company that receives government funding and we act as a government administration, similar to PIMS. We are the regulatory body behind telephone calls, television broadcasting, radio broadcasting, and everything inbetween.
